The Coolum 10x3 is a tiny home that's been laid out the way a home should feel. It's a natural, intuitive flow that makes the Coolum feel less like a tiny home and more like a properly considered house.

Step inside through the large sliding entry door and the living space opens up in front of you. With 2.9 metres of dedicated lounge zone and plenty of natural light, this end of the home is made for relaxing, hosting, and switching off.

Move towards the centre and you reach the kitchen — fitted with a full-size fridge, pantry, electric oven, rangehood, and cooktop — with a study nook built in alongside it. For anyone working from home, the study space is a genuine feature: a dedicated spot to focus, tucked within the kitchen zone, separate from both the living area and the bedroom.

The central bathroom works as both a bathroom and an ensuite — accessible from the living spaces and from the bedroom, which sits privately at the far end of the home. The bathroom is fully equipped with a 1200mm x 900mm shower base, vanity, toilet, and space for a washing machine. The bedroom fits a Queen-size bed and features a full-wall built-in robes behind triple sliding mirror doors — generous storage, with the mirror finish making the room feel larger than it is.

Above, a storage loft runs the width of the home and is accessible via an in-situ ladder — ideal for seasonal storage, luggage, or anything you want out of the way.

Like every model in the 10x3 range, the Coolum sits on our custom Australian-made skeletal steel trailer rated to 10 tonnes gross — VIN plated, ROVER compliant, and fitted with air brakes on all four wheels. Road-legal across Australia, and built to carry a home of this size with confidence.
