The Peregian 10x3 is our biggest tiny home — and our most versatile. Built on a full 10 metres long and 3 metres wide, this model takes the best of two of our most popular designs — the Coogee 10 and the Hazel 8.4 — and reimagines them wider, taller, and more liveable than ever before.

At ground level, the Peregian delivers a private Queen-size master bedroom with a full wall-length built-in wardrobe behind triple sliding mirror doors. It's tucked away from the open living areas, quiet, accessible, and genuinely spacious — exactly what a ground-level bedroom should be.

The kitchen is well appointed and built for people who actually cook. A 4-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, large fridge space, and an L-shaped breakfast bar give you real bench space to work with. Storage is generous, and the layout flows naturally into the dining and living areas, making the whole space feel connected and easy to move through.

Head upstairs via the storage stairs and you arrive at the standing landing — the feature that ties the whole upper level together. From here, you can walk to either loft without crawling, crouching, or manoeuvring around the furniture. The main loft, positioned above the bedroom, fits a King-size mattress with a walkway along the bed and built-in robes. The second loft, sitting above the bathroom end of the home, fits a Queen-size mattress and works equally well as a guest room, kids room, media room or private retreat. Together, the two lofts sleep up to four people comfortably, with the ground bedroom sleeping two more.

The American oak balustrade with perspex panels runs along the loft level, keeping the upper floor open and airy while maintaining safety — the transparency makes the whole home feel bigger than its footprint suggests. Add to that the abundance of windows throughout for natural light and cross-ventilation, and this is a home that genuinely breathes.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a 1200mm x 900mm shower base, toilet, vanity, and dedicated washing machine space — everything you need, nothing wasted.

Like all models in the 10x3 range, the Peregian sits on our custom Australian-made skeletal steel trailer rated to 10 tonnes gross. It comes VIN plated and fully ROVER compliant, meaning it is legal to tow on Australian roads and can move with you. Air brakes on all four wheels with anti-lock braking and emergency skid control ensure it handles safely at this weight and width.
