Our Tiny Homes are built on trailers with wheels so they don’t require a building permit and fall under the same regulations as caravans.

We aim to provide functional and affordable homes, and flexible solutions and guide you through every stage of buying your Tiny House.

Tiny Houses are a fantastic alternative with prices starting at around $101,900 AUD for a Turn Key complete Home.

We are passionate about sustainability and offer complete off-grid alternatives that will enable you to greatly reduce your ongoing living costs. Our off-grid solutions include solar power systems, composting toilets, rainwater harvesting and greywater systems.

Every Tiny House in our wide range of models is designed by our In-House Designers and then built to exceed Australian Standards with a track record of quality and longevity.

• Breezeway louvre windows available as an upgrade
  • Breezeway toughened and float glass is guaranteed against defects and degradation for three (3) years.
• Bradnam's high performance sealed double glaze option available as upgrade to provide insulation against heat loss, heat gain and sound
• Invisi-Gard Premium Stainless Steel Security Screens available as an upgrade
  • Under the normal conditions of use in residential - non commercial applications, ALSPEC warrants for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery, the Aluminium Framing and Stainless Steel Mesh components of the products, to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship.
