The rear stairs, including 2 storage draws and a deep storage bin, provide an effortless journey to the spacious loft overlooking the living area below. Comfortably position a Queen size bed and opt to include cupboards for extra storage.

The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, toilet, vanity, and a floor to ceiling double-hung window. It is deceptively spacious with plenty of light and a separate space for the washing machine under the stairs.

It is the living area that sets this Tiny House apart, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. With high ceilings, 4 large windows and 2 sliding doors, an abundance of natural light floods the interior.

Boasting an L-shaped kitchen with full-height fridge space, appliance cupboard and plenty of storage under the bench and overhead, you’ll never run out of space in this “Tiny” kitchen.

There is also the optional TV/entertainment unit to provide even more storage options!

The Mooloolaba 7.2 has been described as a “New York” style Tiny House with an abundance of light and space.
